Group Creative Director - Cossette Vancouver

*We are open to any talent within Canada with relocation to Vancouver.

Salary for this role is $165,000-185,000 CAD annually depending on experience.

We’re looking for a Group Creative Director to help take the West Coast office of Cossette (the largest and most integrated agency in Canada) to the next level.  This role reports to our General Manager, Cossette West and will work closely with our CCO based in Toronto.

• Demonstrated success in building and leading a creative department  in a fast paced agency environment 
• When it’s “showtime” you make it count. You are a clear and strong communicator who is able to build trust, confidence and intrigue amongst clients, colleagues and peers 
• A deep understanding of, and passion for a broad range of channels, platforms and canvases, including broadcast, content, digital, social, print, OOH, non-traditional, and whatever’s next
• Ability to break down complex client opportunities and issues in order to bring focused and elegant solutions to our clients
