We are currently recruiting for a key role within the Business Leadership & Planning department.
As Account Director, Media Planning you are a trusted consultant to the client. You identify opportunities that go beyond the marcom department and build meaningful connections that will further their business objectives. You know the client's business better than anyone and are an advocate for their growth at all times.
Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $95,000-$115,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for a new vacancy.
In this role you would:
- Drive business growth plans
- Define the opportunities and challenges to overcome
- Drive thought leadership & learning agendas custom for each client
- Possess a deep knowledge of our client’s business and our agency network offerings
- Build a strong partnership that results in positive net promoter scores for team/clients
- Deep understanding of responsible financial management
- Ensure talent and resources are aligned and built for client success
what you bring to the table.
- 8+ years of media planning experience (with at least 4 years in a management or client experience), auto experience is an asset
- Impeccable relationship building internally (team collaboration) and externally, client and media partners relations
- A proactive mindset, someone who is comfortable looking 6-12 months ahead
- Innovative thinking and a passion for solving complex business and media challenges, with strong attention to detail across multiple work-streams
- Prior experience in a 360 media planning role (media agency preferred)
- Effective communicator with strong storytelling capabilities
- Previous experience with strategic connections planning and customer journey experience throughout the funnel from awareness to performance channels & tactics
- Previous people management experience (required)
